Great Price for this phone Samsung S20. 5 G
I was hesitant to buy this, but glad I did! Is practically NEW!! there were no scratches at all on this phone!I needed to replace mom’s cell as she had the Galaxy S7 and it was old lol…this phone is the Samsung S20 5G. This is a really nice phone! I needed a T-Mobile carrier, and this was perfect, and I just inserted the sim card and it was easy to transfer all information! Is a little slim, since mom can’t see very well but she loves it either way! Props to the seller as this was as exactly described, definitely will buy something else from you. Great Price on this and battery does last way longer, mom’s is on it a lot and by the end of the night she had 52% still left, so definitely great battery. So far no issues and very satisfy and hope nothing goes wrong with it. Screen is very sweet and clear and vibrant colors. I will put pictures later!

Best Phone I’ve ever had
Of course, other more expensive phones take better pictures than this phone but this phone’s camera is still stellar. I have nothing negative to say about the phone but I was a little disappointed only because you can’t connect a wired headset. I most often use wireless earbuds anyway.Lots of power and storage. Great zoom. It works with “visible” wireless phone service.It’s a great phone and I haven’t had any trouble with it.

Not made to last
After 4 months, part of the screen completely stopped working out of the blue. The entire time I’ve had the phone the battery life has been god awful. I shouldn’t have to a buy a new phone every four months because they are not quality. The reason the seller has good ratings is because everytime someone leaves a bad review Amazon strikes through it saying “We take responsibility for this” well I hope that responsibility comes with a refund because I’m sure it doesn’t. Very disappointed that this company profits on selling broken phones. It is saddening to try to be enviornmentally friendly and to be scammed instead. Save your money.

Perfect condition – looks new.
The phone was packaged very well to minimize any possible damage that might occur during shipping. The phone was in a generic white phone box I guess and was in bubble wrap. It had the plastic film on the display and around the edges. Since I got a Verizon version of the phone, it did not have a micro sd slot – just a slot that only accepted a nano sim card. And a SIM card was not included, but I got one from Verizon for free. What was included was a 15 watt Samsung charger and USB-C cable, and also a SIM card removal tool.It took about an hour 15 mins – give or take – to fully charge the phone. Everything seems to work well from installing apps to updating software. Very happy with the purchase so far.Note: In case anyone is wondering, Verizon installed the nano SIM card for me and did not charge an activation fee probably because I already have an existing phone line and I was just changing a device on that line.

Honestly I had pretty low expectations when I ordered this phone. The phone I received looked like it had never been used before it was in such pristine condition. I’m really pleased. It was a cinch to set up with my cell company and is serving me well. Happy to have a good quality phone without having to pay an arm and a leg.

Happy with My purchase
I purchased the GS20 in Cloud pink as well as in gray. After recently going to the verizon wireless store and viewing the phones, I noticed that they all looked alike. There really is no major differences in the current galaxy phones on the market except the camera notch and quality of the camera. It really makes no sense to pay a grand for a cell phone when a newer version of the phone is released the following year and the features from GS20, GS21, to GS22 are not drastically different between all of the phones.So, both of the phones I purchased appeared to be brand new, no scratches on the screen , phones were clean and even the backs of both phones were scratch free and intact. I chose to purchase the verizon compatible phone as opposed to an unlocked phone because I do not plan on changing wireless carriers anytime soon. As soon as I got the phone I was able to activate them with no problems and transferred the sim cards. I had service immediately and had no problems.Both phones came with a charging cable and wall plug and sim slot opener. There was a protective film over the screen of the phone and the phones came in small sized box to fit the phone in. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase; it will be years before I purchase a cell phone brand new. I have to see that the phone is indeed an actual upgrade.
This is the second refurbished phone I purchased from Amazon. The first one had to be returned as the side power button broke with just regular use. This one died and will not charge, will not recognize any cable. No drop, no water damage. No warranty as it failed after day 35. Had it serviced, main connector cable was not seated properly and needed cleaning. Otherwise the phone was clean and no scratches. I question the quantity of work when these phones are being refurbished, and advise a thorough check and test before your 30 day warranty is up.

I bought this for a relative that needed a new phone and I was worried because I’ve seen/heard a lot of horror stories about renewed/refurbished phones, but this phone was unlocked, has ample battery life, and no physical damage.The only “problem” is that when you boot up the phone there is an AT&T logo and some of the software is AT&T based, but it still works in Canada with Bell, so it’s more of a weird quirk than an issue.

First of all, the phone is very clean.Just like NEW very impressive.However,This phone doesn’t hold battery well.I was using S10e model (refurbished) for longer than 2 years and it holds enough battery for day.But this phone is about die before having dinner.Exactly same usages.Maybe my bad luck?I don’t know.My situation is Not very good anyway
