Great shape for a refurbished phone.
I upgraded from a Galaxy S7 to this S20. This phone works great, was able to transfer all my data to the new phone (with help!), and it stays charged so much better than my old phone. Apps work better, and I am now able to use some apps that stopped being supported on the S7. Very little wear on this phone, too. Love it.

Tiny Chip But Works | 1st day.
I thought the phone was locked due to Verizon apps existing in the phone when setting it up and finishing the setup. But after I switched my Sim card from my old phone to this new phone it worked perfectly without a hitch. It might still have Verizon within the phone but it works with my service provider, Boost mobile, which isn’t popular amongst a lot of consumers. But be aware that you’ll have to Uninstall at least ten gaming apps that come with this phone which totals up to 6gb of storage space. Overall, it works perfectly and flawlessly, and delivered faster than I thought it’d be. Thank you.

Seriously…
I had ordered this phone in Feb, the information said EXCELLENT used condition. When the phone arrived not even 10 minutes after booting up and using, the device glitched and the screen went crazy multiple displays inverted colors as well as snow screen on the bottom half. I emailed customer service cool got a replacement with no need to send in the old device since it wasn’t working. New device ALSO EUC, same screen problem, the first phone was purchased a little over a month ago. The second one isn’t even a month old and its already totally fried, the charger doesn’t work so if you need to make a call while its charging you’re SOL, because the glitch is so awful on charge it taps things when you aren’t even touching the phone. Never mind consistently being put on hold because the screen is glitchy and apparently registers your face as a touch every single phone call even with the sensor enabled and all the touch sensitivity set right. If I could give Zero stars I would, customer service was awesome but whoever is in charge of quality control dropped the ball twice. I will never order another refurbished device from Amazon again, I trusted because I’ve bought a device from here before and it lasted 2 years before it was totaled. I’d post a picture, buuut the phone isn’t useable soooo…

The quality I expect from Samsung. The phone worked on my Boost mobile carrier. Good phone my only thing is the phone doesn’t shut off idk why but it doesn’t power off

Excellent Condition and Great Phone
This phone arrived on time and in excellent condition. You would think itâs a brand new phone and never used.Iâve been shopping for an unlocked Samsung Galaxy phone for a while. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is one of the best you can get around $200. It will update to Android 13. If this seller has more, I highly suggest you buy it.The only thing (and this is not the sellerâs or manufacturerâs fault), is that the S20 FE is not compatible on Spectrum Mobile. Why? I have no idea when the S20, S21, S22, S23, A54, A71, A72â¦.and more are compatible with Spectrum.So if youâre looking to use it with Spectrum Mobile, save yourself, and the sellerâs time and a headache and go with the S20 or A71. Both have excellent specs for around $200 and Spectrum compatible.
