Terrible
This phone was not even functional. It allowed me to do data transfer and that was it. The One UI home kept crashing despite multiple restarts. No home screen displayed any aps and I couldn’t get into the phone settings. It was a waste of money and because all my data is on it and I can’t access the phone to wipe it I won’t send it back. Do not buy from this vendor and get a new phone.

Nice phone. Not so nice firmware.
Just got this today and was excited to get it setup. Firstly, the voice setup assistant was on and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. I finally got through the setup and noticed that the home screen didn’t show any icons. Not too much later, a message stating that the One UI Home app is not responding. I checked for a firmware update and it said it was up to date. Went into Play and updated everything. Restarted and had the same symptoms. Tried some suggestions I found online and none of them worked.I think the phone simply has the wrong firmware installed. I could try to fix it myself, but I shouldn’t have to. I arranged a return and replacement. Hoping the replacement has the correct build installed.
