SOOOO COMFORTABLE!!!
Iâm 3 month postpartum after having my second baby and I was really hesitant about getting shapewear because I didnât want to feel uncomfortable or squeezed until I couldnât breathe. However, Iâve been feeling really self-conscious with my belly postpartum and after reading the reviews I thought I would give these a try. Let me just say, when I put these on, I have never felt more comfortable! These shorts are so buttery soft, they feel like a second skin. Theyâre just tight enough to smooth out my postpartum belly without making me feel uncomfortable. I also love that the waistband stays up and doesnât roll down. I absolutely love these shorts and Iâll definitely be getting more! Thank you Shapermint for helping this mama feel comfortable in her body again!

Surprisingly- it works!
When I first went to try these on they felt soo extra stretchy and didnât feel compressiony or shaping at all, seemed too big or just overall not a great shaper- so I set them aside to return. A couple of days later I had a fitted dress to try on, and I wasnât comfortable with my tummy rolls and lower belly line, but had no other shaper to tryâ¦said I would just try this one back on underneath to give me a rough idea on if a shaper would even help the situation or to send the dress backâ¦and then magic happened??? For this shaper that didnât feel shaping, suddenly my stomach was totally smoothed out under this dress even while sitting down. My event was too soon to purchase anything else, so I said screw it Iâll give this a shot. These shorts stayed in place all night and I looked great! Like those plus size models who are supposedly a size 20 but still have a totally flat stomach? I looked like that. They do NOT âshapeâ in the traditional sense of the term where you feel like a busted can of biscuits trying to contain yourself. They also donât lift or shape the butt at all. I could still see and feel some cellulite through these. However, these shorts smooth out large sections of fat nicely while being very comfortable and breathable- no more bumps and rolls. The waist band didnât roll down or need adjusting at all, even through droppin it low on the dance floor. So depending on what youâre trying to accomplish with a shaper short, give these a try!

The concept of these is on point. The way they feel is wonderful, soft, easy to put on, etc. My thought is the reason they are so great is because they aren’t the right size for me. They do run a bit big. I suffer from my size being in the middle of large and X-lg. So I will order the next size up and see if it changes the way I feel about them. Because they are “shorts” they are not made to wear with leggings or anything tight around the legs, you will be able to see the item around the leg area. It doesn’t roll down from the top, at least for me it doesn’t. Every body is different, so I had no issues with it at all except the size.

Comfortable and smoothing
Update: after a couple wears, Iâm struggling with the legs constantly rolling up. I wore them with capris today. Still a comfortable, smoothing fit through the stomach and hips, but the legs kept rolling up and making a very visible line under my pants. I donât think I can wear them again which is so disappointing!Original review:Iâve tried a lot of shapewear and this is definitely the most comfortable. Compression is not very firm and so it doesnât really suck things in, but does smooth things out. Itâs seamless and isnât visible under clothes. I like the length because some shorts shapewear cinches mid thigh and leaves a visible line. This doesnât do that- I donât notice where it stops or starts. Itâs great for more everyday use. Iâll get something with firmer compression and shaping for more formal wear.

At first, when I got this products, it was very small in appearance. The shrinkage is real! However, when I put it on, it hugged me like a glove.. I had no rolling down and it stays in place, while smoothing out my rolls. If youâre 5â2 300lbs this is for you!

Gosh you know how you see these posts on social media where the jiggled belly disappears when the shapewear is pulled on? Well I am seriously shocked and very pleased to say that this Shapewear actually did this! I was hesitant to purchase because ladies my size, as you know, this isnât our first fat sucker rodeo. Iâve purchased so many that were required acrobatic moves to put on and painful to wear! This is amazing! It is very well made, easy to put on, sucks and tucks in all the spots that I needed, it doesnât pinch, it does not roll down! and Iâm feelin fabulous darlin! I am5â7 long torso, size 16 jeans, 200# and this size was perfect XL-2XL fit perfectly! Sorry no pix !

They fit comfortably.
I like the fit. I weigh 250 lbs and I am 5â7â. This is a good snug fit, but they are easy enough to get on and pull up. The light color is good it does not show through my dresses. The waist is a high waist. However, it does not fit like a different maker. Does not go up as high. I can live with it.

For the price it is what it is and does what it says it will. Temper your expectations because it’s not firm or lifting shape wear. This is perfect if you’re looking for something to stop chafing and to smooth things out. The tummy (in my case) will still be there, but now the thighs won’t chafe and the dress will lay nicer on the body. It will help with rolls but as far as shaping I know there are better products out there. I bought this for a wedding and had no issues with rolling down or riding up from 5-6 hours of wear. Comfortable to sit in and not a huge hassle to take off in the bathroom. However I would compare this more to spandex shorts than shape-wear. If you’re looking for something more breathable however for the summer weddings and dress season or you’re a sweaty person, I would stick to active wear high rise spandex / biker shorts. As I find those wick sweat and have slightly more compression than these shorts. But if you want something light weight and super high rise these are great for anti chaffing and light smoothing.

It would have had a 5 star if it was 100% honest.It doesn’t pull your tummy in.1.It doesn’t show any VPL as I had undies on underneath them.
