Busted sim?
The sim card in one of the 2 phones I bought was faulty and needed replacement according to simple mobile. Ordered one from Walmart hoping that works. Edit: it did not work it was the “wrong sim card”. Im pretty upset at this point because i cant get the return/replacement feature on Amazon to work. Will update if they replace it! The other phone set up was great

Unfortunately I received this item that I had bought. I was unable to get it to activate at all and had to end up buying a different phone from somewhere else.
