Reliable, accurate, and easy to use
I’ve been using ThermoPro products for as long as I can remember. They are affordable and get the job done. This TP82 model is no different. I use it all the time, even when cooking on my Traeger that already has a built in thermometer.I love the fact that there are four probes that you can set to monitor many different things. We even use if when cooking something in the houseâs oven, particularly during holidays.

Awesome cooking tool for outdoors
It is very hard for me to give a 5 star review for anything as there is always something to be improved. This tool is extremely useful and has been used not just for cooking. I have also used it as a diagnosis tool for AC work b/c you donât have to keep walking back and forth between equipment to get readings. The unit takes a little getting used to for programming the meat / temp etc but works very well. BBQ / smoking / baking – using this tool will get your meat to the perfect temp and keep it juicy and not dried out / overcooked. The only gripe I have is for cooking – the darn probes will burn the hell out of you!! They are hot and are just begging to be pulled out when the meat is ready, better do it with gloves, a towel or some tool – I just cant seem to learn my lessonâ¦..
