Great pan and rack combo!!
my whole life I’ve had hand-me-down or cheapo baking sheets. Then I had to get cooling racks that were lucky to match up. Getting them in the same pack saves some effort there. They fit together perfectly!They’re also both rust and stain resistant. I made some bacon on these one day and then dropped them in the sink to soak and then promptly forgot and left them over night. In the morning I just rinsed them off and there were no marks, rust spots, anything!Super sturdy pan and the rack Isn’t flimsy by any means but still is light-weight.The pan is a touch wide for the costco brand aluminum foil, for those wondering. It’s basically the same width, so, you can’t really fold the foil up over the edges, you have to crease the foil yourself. Not a big deal though, I prefer the bigger pan anyways.It’s a baking pan and rack combo. it does what those tools do. But they’re easy to clean, high quality, and rust resistant. plus they fit like a glove. Highly recommend.

Best Baking Tray!
Hands down this is the best baking tray I have ever owned. It is sturdy, washes/cleans up well, is durable and is super versatile. I love that it has a cooling rack which has come in handy so many times. Highly recommend this brand and its products. I have purchased their other bakeware and they too have stood up to the wear and tear of a busy kitchen.

I was not expecting such a high quality product. This is by far the nicest pan and rack that I have ever owned. Made in the USA, very warp resistant nice none stick on the rack and pan. I use it for reverse sear cooking and itâs perfect.

I like that it was made very well out of good quality and it does not buckle or warp when itâs in the oven the best pan that I ever purchased I would recommend this pan to anybody. The price is great. You get the screen and the pan in the package, i give it six stars if it went that high

Wish I read what it actually is more thoroughly
*Update: it made great cookies, so I guess⦠who cares if itâs a Frankenstein pan if it works. Longevity is still to be seen of course. Happy cookie-ingI was thinking it was all natural aluminum, but itâs aluminized steel, which is carbon steel hot dipped in aluminum, so may have unique cooking properties. Which Iâm not adverse to really, Iâd give it a go. But.. The pan is actually 2 pieces pressed together, as u can see in the picture. The nonstick is applied to a 2nd piece of metal, maybe 16 gauge, and then pressed onto the pan.I donât know what type of metal the 2nd piece is, guessing carbon, but this seems like high probability of warping and possible separation in the future. The nonstick was applied before the layer was pressed onto the pan, so it seems to be flaking all around the knurled edge. But nothing flaking on the interior of the pan.It is hefty and cheap though⦠So Iâm considering giving it a whirl.
