Great pan, recommend
this pan is great. I’ve only used it twice so far but it appears as though it will be the work horse in my kitchen. Water touches it and it just seems to clean itself. I will have to see where it is six months from now after I have broke it in, but I think I will still feel the same. Easy to clean, heat distribution seems good. I like the big size. Perfect for so many things.

The best pan ever
I love this pan. It’s so hard for me describe why I love it so much. I ‘ll try. Easy to clean. Nonstick works always. Great heat conducting, meaning it’s the right weight not thin heat is even and everything comes out really nice. Eggs, bacon, grilled cheese no burnt sides. I love it. I use it for almost everything. Worth the price.

Nice frying pan with a couple of weaknesses
It’s amazing how light this pan is, because it is cast aluminum. I’ve never used a pan made with this new technology before, so I’ll update my review in a few weeks. It seems deep enough to use like a wok, which is a big plus for me. The lid fits well, but there are two glaring weaknesses in my opinion: the handle is not part of the casting of the pan, it screws into a notch in the pan, but it seems like it’s already becoming an issue with the handle feeling slightly wobbly when you pick up the pan. I’m afraid it may fail when I have a full pan of scalding oil in it. And the light weight makes it more prone if you hit it by mistake while cooking to slide around on the cooktop. With all the technology this pan has, it’s a shame that they cut corners like this.

Very nice frying pan
I like everything about this frying pan. It has two pour spouts. It’s weight, depth, and handle are just perfect. It is best to wash with dish soap and a 1/2 sheet paper towel.

Excellent nonstick surface. Durable
Nonstick surface is very durable. I use this pan several times a week and it still looks brand new. Perfect design for preparing casserole ingredients. 12â size has high sides that make stirring easy without making a mess. Also great for searing and sauté. I love this pan so much, I ordered another one for a family member.

Sturdy pan – nice size
Bought this as a replacement for another non-stick pan. Works well. I really like the hot pan indicator spot on the handle. So far so good with the non-stick aspect.

Was unsure on this item after reading a couple of reviews and not knowing the brand however it is good and we use it most nights. We rarely use the lid but it sits on the pan properly and the only gap is where the pour point is. The heat indicator is great so you know when the pan is at temperature.The pan surface is not a smooth finish in case that is what you need – it is like a stone pan texture so some things do not lift easily however we purchased this to cook meat not eggs, pancakes, etc.

The 11 in is a litter small but I wanted to try it before buying the 12 inch.Cooks fast, looks great and feels really solid but I hasnât lasted a year.9 months to the day it worked great now I have a terrible time to clean every day.Good luck

I received this pan today, put water in it to boil, nothing, the induction cooktop just clicked and wouldn’t heat up. Don’t buy if it is for an induction cooktop
