Great addition to my cooking arsenal.
This has been a great addition to my kitchen. I wanted something small enough to be used on one burner but big enough to cook a nice amount of food. This griddle is very well made, it is made of a steel with a non stick coating, the handle is made of stainless steel. The pan heats up very evenly and quickly and is big enough to cook about 5 or 6 bacon strips, 2 pancakes or eggs and sausage at the same time. Clean up is a breeze, with just a damp cloth or lightly scrubbing. I mean, nothing sticks. This thing is amazing.

This griddle is a keeper
Work great on electric glass top stove. Maintains non-stick surface after several months of daily breakfast. No warpage yet. I keep heat at medium or below, use non-metallic spatula to scrape pan into paper soak in paper plate. Then rinse under warm water and wipe out. This is a high quality griddle pan. Used Caphalon prior to this and this one is much better quality.

Love my All-clad pan, the stainless steel core with hard anodized aluminum outer, make for a very even heat distribution, it’s great for pancakes and other foods that need flipped for cooking, Because of the low sides of the pan, less Apt for burns on your hands than a standard skillet, Would Highly recommend

Great Nonstick Pan
This is a great nonstick pan. It lasts a year or two depending on use as do most nonstick pans. High quality. Will buy again when necessary.

great griddle
This is a great griddle for pancakes, eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches. It is pretty heavy and takes a few minutes to heat up (I have a glass topped stove), but it heats up very evenly and cooks evenly. It is very flat – but I am careful to let it cool before washing it so it does not warp. The sides are very short – about 1/4 inch so it is sometimes hard to flip things over but I do love the pan. It is definitely non-stick and very easy to clean. I would definitely buy it again for these things. It would be hard to use for anything with a sauce due to the low sides.

Worth the money
Didnât really want to spend this much for a griddleâ¦but this one will last!Have a gas range and this griddle heated evenly.No warping and nonstick coating seems pretty heavy duty.Had ordered the Farberware griddleâ¦but it felt flimsy and cheap, with peeling coating at the edges.

Best for tortillas
Finally found something that works for my needs! I love the fact that my tortillas don’t burnt or get stuck. It also holds it’s shape and does not warp/bend when place on an electric stove. I wanted to purchase another for a family member one, but it’s temporarily out of stock, so I’m hoping it comes back soon.

This pan/griddle is absolutely amazing. Iâm wondering why I never had one before. I cooked bacon just recently and it cooked in 5 minutes. Pancakes slice right off. Iâm so glad this is not tephlon. Heats evenly. Treat this pan well and it will last forever. Well worth spending the money for an Allclad.
