Fantastic pan!
I purchased this to grilling indoors in the winter months. We have a cast iron one that is similar, but it was a devil to get clean. I was looking for something non-stick, and this is what I landed on. It distributes heat well and cooks evenly. Best of all it is a breeze to clean. Great addition to our kitchen.

This is my second pan
I had to buy another one my last pan last year a couple of years. Nothing is meant to last forever, but I tell you it grills perfectly easy to clean and I love how my steaks turn out with the grill marks. Cooks evenly too. Iâve even grilled zucchini in this pan. Turns out great.

Great for stove top grilling
First Iâd like to address those who gave one star because this pan wonât work on an induction cooktop. The description clearly states that this is made from aluminum, not cast iron or steel. I purposely did not choose a cast iron griddle due to the weight. Having said this, the ridged pan I purchased is solidly construction, with enough weight for even heating and cooking. I use the old sprinkle a few drops of water on the heating pan to see when itâs hot enough to start grilling.Iâve now used several times with highly satisfactory results. The nonstick surface only requires running under hot water, a light sponging, then just drying.Though Iâm a single person household, this ridged griddle is large enough to cook one very large piece of meat or up to 4 smaller pieces.I highly recommend

Great grill pan
I have wanted this pan for a long time. The pan I had was a round cast iron one that was difficult to clean and always set the smoke alarm and had a small cooking surface. This all clad pan solved all of those issues. The pan is square so it accommodates multiple pieces of chicken or steak. I can, and did, use it for kebabs. It was easy to clean and cooled off quickly. My mom laughed and said that it was the first time I grilled inside when someone didn’t have to take down the smoke alarm and close it up in the bathroom. The steaks I cooked were juicy with a nice bark from the rub I used. The kebabs were easy to turn and also tasted delicious. I grilled some eggplant and zucchini one night and it too was tasty and not dried out, which was an issue with the cast iron. I will mention one more thing. I went to the mall to Williams Sonoma AND to Macy’s looking for this pan. They both supposedly carried it and actually neither had it in the store. I wasted hours and gas making this trip. When I got home I ordered it from Amazon and it arrived two later. Thanks Amazon.

This pan is magic! Even chicken and meat that char cook perfectly and taste like meat grilled over a fire. Vegetables also grill and taste as if theyâve been cooked on a barbecue grill over direct flame.And, guess what?? This pan cleans up so well that it looks like new even after cooking meat and chicken that left my other two (now discarded) grill pans impossible to clean.If youâve been hesitating about buying a grill pan, hesitate no longer and buy this All Clad pan. I’ve never spent so much on a single pot or pan before, but, after having to throw out yet another cheap grill pan that got warped and wore out, I decided to splurge on this All Clad pan.It makes a huge difference! It’s thick enough to hold heat and evenly distribute it. Its ridges are prominent enough to drain away fat, and to leave gorgeous grill marks. The steaks I grilled turned out better than any that I’d made on my old, cheap grill pans.Before using it for the first time, it must be washed in warm, soapy water, dried off, then seasoned by wiping it with a tiny bit of cooking oil on a paper towel. To maintain its non-stick surface, it should be re-seasoned after every few uses.So far, it seems to be professional-grade, and to deliver what it promises.
