Our 12 inch cast iron skillet is fully compatible with gas, electric, and induction cooktops. You can also use this skillet in the oven, broiler, on the grill, BBQ or in the fire pit. Cast iron can rust so keep it out of the dishwasher, do not soak overnight, or air dry. Use warm water and scrape off any stuck food with a flat utensil. You can also lightly polish the cooking surface with a stainless steel chainmail scrubber for a smooth patina. Wipe dry immediately after cleaning, and apply a new layer of oil to protect from rust.
This heavyweight skillet is proudly designed in the USA and pre-seasoned with our proprietary oil blend. Our skillets are cast from the finest virgin ore and built to last generations.
With a smoother finish than other leading brands, compare with Wagner and Griswold vintage cast iron skillets. Support a small business!

Great pan for less than every other cast iron one on the market.
From what I have used it for, and I season it and care for it, it works great. Especially the price is great. I have it at 4 stars for value for money, purely because I would advise people to go to your local antique shop or garage sale and restore a cheaper one that will indefinitely be better than any mass-produced one nowadays. Don’t believe me? Look up old cast iron vs. new cast iron. But don’t let that turn you away, this is still a great product nonetheless. Good pan!I don’t know if anyone needs to read this, but with cast iron pans don’t use soap!

Perfect size.
Thanks to the Amazon shopper who returned this item to the warehouse. Seems you didn’t use it and it arrived in perfect condition. Just the box was a little torn up. This got me a good deal!Anyhow, I left 4 stars mainly because I haven’t cooked with it yet. Also, nowhere does it say it’s American made but is “designed” in US. hmm. It’s heavy folks, and the surface is course from the seasoning process. When I get to using this good looking 12″ pan, ill update this review.

I highly recommend this pan!
After burning my self, several times, while seasoning it. I’m a bit novice with hot iron, hot oil and frankly; both combined. Cast iron pans are the only thing I want to cook on anymore. Take care when seasoning, the pan afterwards, can be abused.

Great For Cooking Sausage Links or a Large Single Egg
A single man’s new best friend. This cast iron skillet gives great flavor for up to four sausage links cooked in a toaster oven. At 6.5 inches measured from spout to spout, this surface area is perfect for cooking a single large sized scrambled egg on the stovetop. I’m going to try baking a couple of chicken legs as well as a fish fillet topped with breadcrumbs in the toaster oven with it as well.
