Best frying pan
Sturdy, easy to clean. Cooking is a breeze, even. No stuck on food. I love the size. The lid is strong, controls strong odors and smoke. I have put it in the dishwasher but usually prefer washing by hand. I will buy more blue diamond products since it can hold up to teenager cook’s.

This pan rocks! It is big and deep, and can handle a full meal for a family of 6. The bottom is nice and flat and doesn’t push all the oil to the edges when browning. It takes a while to heat up (which is the sign of a serious pan that holds heat) – and then holds all that heat incredibly well. After dinner, it cleans up with one wipe of the brush in the sink and nothing EVER sticks to it. And, after 4 months of regular use – it still looks brand new.We don’t have ANY room in our kitchen for a ton of cooking pots and pans, so I really labored over which pan/pot to buy. I didn’t have room for mistakes – literally. Thanks goodness I picked this one. It is perfect. I would definitely buy again 5 stars. Absolutely. It’s seriously amazing.

Love this pan!
After literally burning through several non stick pans whose weaker surfaces had become scratched, I researched and chose this one. It’s PERFECT. Food just slides off, clean up is SO easy, and the surface is tough. I’m still using plastic or wood utensils, as I’m determined to take care of the pan. The size is GREAT, allowing small or large portions, and it’s not too heavy for me. I haven’t put it in the oven yet, though I’m looking forward to that as well. Very happy with my choice here!!! I was also happy with the price!

Large Granitestone cookware.
Purchased the original granitestone pots/pans and bakeware set. Needed this extra large pan for larger items. I love all these pans/bakeware. Very sturdy and easy to clean. Cooking is very uniform and don’t need high temps to cook. Greatly recommend these sets.

This pan is VERY nonstick. After reading the instruction and keeping the heat a little lower I found that the pan is so slippery it is difficult to turn things over. The food just slides all over the place! This is the best nonstick pan I have ever owned!

Good While it Lasted
I bought this pan on March 10th,2022 and threw it away on May 1st,2023. During that time it performed very well for the first 7 or 8 months and I cooked ALOT of very good meals with it. I used it almost everyday and sometimes twice a day. There were several things I really liked about this pan. It cooked pretty even, cleaning was very easy, came with a lid and I loved the steep walls which gave you the entire pan’s width for a cooking surface. You could cook a lot of food in this pan at one time. And then the sticking began. Just a little at first but progressively got worse until you couldn’t even clean it completely. Even with all that I thought seriously about buying another one to replace it but decided to try a different one to see if I couldn’t find one I liked that would last longer than 416 days. If I don’t love the new one I will probably buy this one again and just know that it’s disposable.

GREAT PAN!
This pan is fantastic! Nothing sticks and washes so easily! The only down side is it doesn’t fit well in my dishwasher but that has more to do with my dishwasher then the pan itself, it’s just really big just a heads up!
