Perfect pot. Shame I waited decades to get such a great pot.
This review is for the 30 quart stock pot. I do BIG cooking. I have a pressure canner that holds 29 quart jars. I use my wonderful stock pot for slow cooking in my oven. It fits perfectly in it. I have no negative comments regarding this pot. It really is perfect and a pure joy to use. It is very heavy duty with a thick bottom that spreads heat very nicely. I do NOT have burnt food at the bottom. The handles are VERY securely mounted in such a way that gives easy access for cleaning. The lid is heavy duty and fits the pot perfectly. I have made several 27=28 quart stews in this now. There are no defects observed of any kind. No staining has occurred. Very easy to clean after heavy use. This pot will last my lifetime and then some. The only shame is that I put off buying a great pot like this for so long. I highly recommend this pot without reservations. Great value for the price I paid.

Great pot & great customer serivice!
The first pot I received was dented but customer service quickly made it right. This is a GREAT pot (especially for the cost)! It is sturdy & well made; has a good, substantial weight to it, the lid fits nicely, & the handles look and feel like they will hold up for the life of the pot. Perfect for cooking up large batch of home made cheese & happy that it works on my induction cook top… Great customer service made this purchase a winner & I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Excellent 9qt. Pot!
Iâm very impressed with this pot. Very well constructed with a good weight to it. It conducts heat evenly too. This is also a very attractive piece of cookware. I love the brushed stainless steel both on the pot and cover with a shiny stainless band around the top. Thereâs another feature that I love about this and thatâs really important. Instead of being tall this is shorter and gives you more surface area to brown. This really helps if youâre browning meat. I also love the 9qt size rather than 8qt. Itâs only one quart difference but it gives you that extra room thatâs nice to have. This is the fifth piece of cookware Iâve bought by this brand and Iâm extremely happy with how it performs. After 50 plus years of cooking and owning many different brands of cookware this is one of the very best brands Iâve had.I would highly recommend anything made by them! Also a great gift idea for someone starting out as Iâm sure theyâll own it for a lifetime!

Very nice quality
So I wavered over what stock pot to buy. I have been making soups quite a bit. And they are significantly better with bone broth from scratch. Plus, weirdo that I am I enjoy making bone broth and my biggest pot was a Tramontina 6 quart that used to be my grandmother’s. I have been trying to upgrade my cookware slowly. And I could have bought an All Clad one. But I just couldn’t justify anything over $100. Let alone triple that or more. I wanted 18/10 steel. Aluminum core. 10-12 quarts. We don’t have a lot of space. And many of the 12 quart stock pots cost more than the 16 quart or larger. And I was not paying more for less. So, I read up on reviews on different websites and ultimately it was this or the Faberware. This one is oven safe to 500 degrees. And doesnât have any plastic on it. So, it won.It got here two weeks ago. No issues. Good packaging. Heavy bottom. Very good construction at least to my eye. Good proportions. I washed it and immediately whipped out the marrow bones and pork hock I bought the day before in anticipation and loaded her up with aromatics started the stock. After some hours I needed to refrigerate it overnight. And once I finished 14+ hours of cooking, I cooled it, waited for the fat to congeal on top, then strained the stock out. It held up very well. I lost control over the heat at one point and I did burn the bottom a bit, and I was worried about getting that off. But it didn’t stick and the pan released it immediately. I was very impressed. So generally, it seems like an excellent value. So why four stars? The lid isnât a good fit, itâs loose. Which honestly isnât a big deal as stock and most soups are cooked with the lid off . But considering all my other pots have lids that fit well, itâs not exactly a hard thing to do. So⦠I knocked a star of that. It seems like they spent all their money on the pot and the lid was an afterthought.I am very happy I didnât spend more than I did. Thereâs no need. And I was happy the reviews were accurate and not purchased. I think this one is going to last me a long time.

Great Stock Pots
These pots are perfect for cooking large amounts of soup or sauce. I ordered the 30 quart to make fresh vegetable soup for the winter. The encapsulated aluminum block meant that the pot heated quickly and uniformly with no hot spots. The 15 quarts simmered smoothly for six hours with no sticking or burns on the bottom. Clean up was a breeze with just a cloth and Dawn, no scrubbing at all (Yea!).I did have to return for a smaller size, as 15 quarts in a steel pot is above my weight lift limit. The 20 quart size is better for me, and I look forward to making a large pot of spaghetti sauce soon. This is an excellent buy.

Great pot
I needed a big pot to cook pounds and pounds of potatoes for thanksgiving. This pot is heavy duty, with nice handles and 1/4 inch thick heavy duty bottom. This pot heated up twice as fast as my other older pot when boiling the potatoes. It also kept the mashed potatoes heated on low on the stove all afternoon with no scorched mashed potatoes. This is definitely worth the price.
