Excellent and versatile pan
I bought this pan to see if I can use stainless steel and this is phenomenal. This pan is so versatile. I can make chicken, braise beef short ribs, sauté and do so much more. This is great for one pot meals. It arrived in perfect condition. It is easy to clean. I let the pan cool then fill it with water. Most of the time I can clean it right away after using no problem.. I donât have any issues cleaning my stainless steel pans. Itâs nonstick if you use it properly. I use medium to low medium heat. Thatâs more then enough heat to get a nice braise or sear because of how well this heats up. Heat distribution is also good. Iâll be switching over to an all stainless steel set in the future. This is very well made. I scratched the bottom but that was my fault and it still looks beautiful. Itâs on the bottom and nobody can even see it. It holds up. Is very sturdy and can fit a lot of food as you can see I fit a whole butterfly chicken. It looks so nice. Great price. I took a picture of the pot after I used and cleaned it a few times. Iâll get barkeepers friend to keep them shiny and new looking. I hand wash and dry right away to preserve them. This is going to last a long time I hope.

Wonderful value
Function: We love this pan. It filled a serious hole in our kitchen supplies and now handles all our large meals. We do a lot of fish frying, stir frying, âone potâ meals, and the like in this pan. I love love the large flat space and even heat distribution. Especially for thin fish, this has been great. I also love being able to transfer from stovetop to oven for many of our go-to recipes. Prior to owning this pan, my husband did all the frying and I thought it was because I didnât know how to do a good job, but it turns out Iâd just never had a non-temperamental pan. Bonus: its large size cuts down on the amount of oil that jumps out of the pan and all over the stove and counter when my husband cooks!Cleaning: It does NOT function like a coated, non-stick pan but if you follow the instructions for both cooking and cleaning, your food will not stick and itâs very easy to clean. I despise dishes but Iâm always happy to clean this because it usually handles the whole meal prep, so even though I have to hand wash it, I have less to do than most other nights. I use a dish wand (the kind that you fill with soap so you can hand wash without filling the sink) and did feel the need to switch to the non-scratch kind as I worried the regular pads were too abrasive. **If youâve grown up with coated pots and pans and have never known anything else, do yourself a favor and read the instructions before you start cooking or you will not be happy with this pan.**Value: I bought this as a gift for my husband, who had planned to buy me a much more expensive pan like this, and almost every time we use it he comments how glad he is that I got him this inexpensive option first. Weâve been using it regularly for close to a year and it still looks like new.

Excellent product!
I love this pan! It is a lot lighter in weight then my old copper bottom one, and a bit deeper. It has held up to our abuse in the kitchen extremely well!Being that it is non-stick, which I wanted, I use a nylon scrubber right after I cook in it. it cleans up very easily.I will buy another one, for when I cook huge meals, very soon as I love this product!

Not bad
Frying pan is not bad. The diameter of the bottom is 11 inches, the diameter of the upper part of 12.3 inches, the height of the inner part 3 inches. The handle is not very comfortable.

The love I have for this pan is not healthy
I love this pan so much. Itâs literally changed my life. I can cook SO MUCH at once. Heavy weight. High quality. Even cooking. Love this thing.

Its been a great pan.
I’ve been using this pan for more than 2 years and its been great. It has a good capacity and cooks evenly, if you know how to cook. I use mine on an induction range surface. Let’s talk about the “bump” in the middle of the pan so many seemed concerned about. These high spots aren’t unusual in inexpensive pans, which this one is. If you pay attention, you will probably notice they flatten out when the pan comes up to temperature. Don’t believe me? Go ahead and sear up some steaks or fry some chicken, or whatever. Then remove the food and add water, or wine to deglaze the pan. You’ll notices that the operation goes quite smoothly. If you want a pan this size that sits flat and doesn’t have a “bump”, you’ll need to spring for a professional 7-layer sauté pan. A good 5-layer can be had in the $400.00 range, but even those have the same “flaw”. All in all, this is a huge bang for the buck!

My favorite kitchen equipment!
This is my favorite skillet – full stop!I’ve paid a lot more for kitchen equipment, but this is the best one for the money – actually the best one in any case.It has excellent heat distribution; it is all stainless and makes excellent fond for sauces. I use it on the stove, but it works great for making roasts in the oven too.I can wholeheartedly recommend this sauté pan. If you need one, you can spend more money, but you won’t find a better one! Thanks!

It’s great! I use it for everything except eggs. Feels heavy duty and it is built to last. Even has a lifetime warranty!

Used it once so far. Seems to distribute heat evenly and was relatively easy to clean. It does seem to be a little heavy because it is 5 qt’s and quite thick on the bottom. If weight would be a problem, consider the 3 qt size in the same product.

Not too bad, pretty good
