No rivets, easy cleaning, uniform temp. distribution
Having been on the business end of countless cooking vessels, the first thing I will say is I dislike handles with rivets protruding into the inside of the pan. I have not seen any riveted pans that are NSF certified, due to bacteria/food being difficult to clean, especially with dishwasher-only process. There’s no good reason not to weld the handles, or attaching hardware, other than maybe being cheaper? It’s nice to use a spatula and cleanly swipe the inside of the pan to get what you’re cooking off the sides….rivets prevent that. The removable handle(s) are a nice touch. I have never had any issues with the nuts or attachment process. Maybe some people did but could be a defect in the threads, or overtightening. Put a drop of oil on the threads before tightening, and lift the handle up and down while final-tightening, which allows a completely solid connection, which I have never had loosen. BTW, the thread is a 5mmx.8mm common metric thread, so if you lose a nut (they give you extras) you can buy them on amazon. Some pans have the handle permanently welded to the pan but I like the removable feature, allowing storage in tight areas, or I sometimes keep it off and use the pan like a pie pan to bake with, and the handle being off, makes it less cumbersome in the oven. If you make skillet-browned cornbread, this works almost as well as a cast iron skillet. There are no lids with this but the price is great, and you can buy lids, or if you’re like me, you already have lids that fit these saute pans. The lip of these pans are flared out, making pouring liquid/stew/etc out clean with no drips down the side of the pan. I measured temperatures across the bottom of the pan while heating on an induction cooktop. The temperature was very uniform across the interior, and the magnetic coupling to the induction coils was very efficient, indicating a good magnetic stainless steel used in the mfg process. To season the pan, I use either coconut oil, or avacado oil (not spray oil, as the lecithin used for release agent will break down under high heat). So heat the pan to around 400F (after first cleaning it), then wipe the oil to coat the pan’s inside with a paper towel and oven mitten(s). This will greatly reduce sticking. So to recap, great pan, flat bottom, great handle and attachment hardware, easy to clean and use. Price is also very good for high quality pans. I’ve cooked several meals, cornbread, and desserts with them, and am still happy with my purchase!

    Great Hexclad alternative!
I have been using this pan regularly for 6 months now and I’m very happy so far. From searing steaks to egg dishes, this has become my go to pan for larger meals. I do keep it very lightly oiled to ensure cleanup is quick and easy. This is used on an induction cooktop and the heat distribution is perfect. In the above photos I documented the nonstick capabilities by frying and egg and some grated cheese just to show how well it works. After countless meals the pan still looks brand new. The stainless rim and sides have not stained or discolored. I would highly recommend to anyone looking try a hyrbid pan and get away from standard nonstick teflon.

    A terrific value!
First, in full disclosure. I am no chef and I purchased this for home use. I do however have a professional background as a food and beverage manager, and do know my way around a kitchen 🙂 To be honest, whether this works for you will primarily depend on two things 1) Your expectations, and 2) The type of stove that you have or primarily use (Gas, Exposed Heating Element/Electric Coil, Induction, Glass Top with Enclosed Heating Element). “Even Heat Distribution” will depend not only on the pan, but also the type of stove and the size of the burner. So when reading reviews, look at the reviews using the same stove type that you will be cooking with 🙂 I like and prefer induction, but at the moment I have a glass top with enclosed elements. I find that the pan heats up alright, but will be a bit slower than with gas or induction. For home use, I find this pan to work just fine 🙂 The materials, finish, handle, comfort and heft (solidity) are all better than I had expected in this price range. I think this is a terrific value at this price point. Please note that as this is stainless steel, it will clean differently than a “non stick” type of pan 🙂 Also, it feels very solid, and has the weight to back it up, so it is significantly heavier than a “non stick” pan. So if you might not have the hand, wrist or arm strength for heavy items, this may not be the right choice for you (this would not be a good choice for my 75+ yr old mother.) Also, this will not fit your needs if you want a “branded” pan with snob appeal or status benefits. (Those pans can cost 300% and 400% more). Lastly, it’s impossible to speak of durability with new purchases. So, what’s the bottom line here? I really think that most people with appropriate expectations will really like this pan! It will do its job well, and will look good and feel good in your hand while doing it! And it feels like it will last for years to come. Can you spend more on a pan? Yes. If you are a regular person, do you need to? No. I can afford to buy a more expensive pan if I wish, but there is no need to. I am happy with this purchase at a great price, and I think you will be as well. I give it a thumbs up 🙂

    Great Pans
Great pans, have used a few times now. As long as you follow the cooking instructions and recommendations, they are easy to cook with and clean with little to no sticking. The entire bottom and side wall heat evenly and quickly, and the handles stay cool when being used on the stove. I love that the bolts are on the exterior, so the entire side wall is smooth with no bolt grooves to worry about getting food gunk in, which can be a hassle to clean on other pots and pans.

Bit tricky and somewhat limited in use, but has its updsides.
Stainless steel pans are not for everything, nor as easy to use as nonstick coated pans. Though I’m on the quest to get rid of my nonstick cookware. No more worrying about scraping off the coating, flaking off over time or releasing vapors into the air. (Still best to not actually leave scratch marks in the pan)It’s a great and lightweight pan to have on hand. I really like my cast iron pan, but that big heavy thing gets a bit annoying to lug around for every meal. Was surprised how easy it is to clean after a soak. Highly recommend if you’re willing to learn how to use it.

I have been using this pot for a week now and I must say, the quality is excellent. It heats up very quickly and has saved me a lot of time in cooking compared to my previous pot. I also appreciate the fact that it is made of high-quality stainless steel material, which is great for healthy cooking. Overall, I am very pleased with this pot and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable cooking vessel.

  9. Scam

This is a scam and totally the worst purchase I’ve ever made in my life, $80 totally not worth the price for a small pan, I received it with the screws being a larger size than they should be. For anyone out there do yourself a favour and don’t purchase anything from this site. Very disappointing.

We thought this was the real deal but of course it isn’t. It gets scratched even by just washing it with a regular sponge. Not stainless steal. DONT BUY
