Precautions
1. The white spots will appear after boiling water and several times of use due to the alkaline in the water. This is a normal phenomenon.Put citric acid descaling agent or vinegar in the pot and boil it for 30 seconds.Clean it finally.
2. The body of high-temperature air-burning pan will become yellow or black. It also will change the color after several times use.It is the characteristic of stainless steel, it is normal and can be used continuously. You can use stain removing power and stainless steel cleaning balls or scouring pads to clean it up.
3. After long-time use, due to bumps of the spatula, the scratches of steel wire balls and scouring pads during cleaning,the surface will be scratched, which is a normal phenomenon.
4. It is forbidden to dry the empty pot to avoid deformation and damage of the pot or the possibility of accidents .

Great size
This pan is a whopper with some heft to it, which is why it’s so great to have that extra handle to move it around. When I took it out of the box it was in its own bag, making me think I was getting something special. The handle came separately with its own tightening wrench and extra nuts. The nuts and handle are well made and nicely polished stainless steel too. It’s nice to have the option to remove the handle for cleaning.The pan itself is well made and the screws for the handle don’t go through to the inside of the pan; so no hard to clean spots inside. Nice! The sides are extra high and the 6 quart capacity gives the pan versatility. The lid actually stays cool, unlike some other cookware who say they do but don’t.The cooking is very even and cleaning is a breeze, as long as you take care of the pan as the manufacturer suggests. This does also clean up nicely in the dishwasher. This pan will be my go-to for many things!

About 5 months ago I bought two of these to replace all of the saucepans, frying pans, pots, etc of different sizes. These work for everything. And the non-stick works pretty well with a little oil. Not quite as non-stick as a normal non-stick pan, but holds up better.

Great for induction cooking!
This 6 quart sauté pan heats 2 cups of water in under 1 minute and heats evenly across the pan. Itâs beautiful to look at and will be useful for preparing a variety of dishes. Iâm pleased with the weight of the pan and how quickly it heats up on my induction cooktop.There are a couple of things Iâm not excited about: the pan doesnât seem useful to me without the detachable handle so the detachable handle should be permanently attached, and the tool for attaching the handle was so close a fit to the nuts that it was hard to use. After boiling a mixture of vinegar and water in the pan I noticed I was left with a yellow stain in the bottom of the pan. I expect many years of use from this pan.

This pan is exactly as they claim.
I got this because I wanted a large skillet to go from stovetop to oven. It is great! The pan is nice and heavy, cooks beautifully on my glass stovetop. Definitely restaurant quality. The amazing part for me is the handles. I only cooked on the stovetop so far, and in a four hour cook time the short handle got warm, the lid handle got hot. The long handle stayed cool to the touch. I would recommend this quite highly to anyone looking for a quality pan.

Fantastic Stir Fry pan!
We go through pans, as with most of them the nonstick wears off over time. We cook more than the average person. This pan I barely have to clean because even with food I forgot to check, it comes right off. It cooks slightly faster than the others we have used too, dinner comes sooner. Love the fact that you can use it in the oven as well.So far I love this pan!!!!

I Needed a SS Pan with a Helper Handle and Got a Great Price
I purchased this on a Lightning Deal for less than $30 and am very happy with it. I don’t need a large pan very often but recently made a Shepherd’s Pie (cottage pie) in it on top of the stove and, after spreading the mashed potatoes on top, it went straight into the oven (no lid on it) and it worked perfectly. It cleans up like a dream with a little soaking first. I think the 6 qt would be too large and heavy but this size is perfect.

Bought this 3 quart tri-ply saute pan. Easy to heat up, Great heat distribution.. no hot spot. It can be an everyday pan. Can use on stove top or oven. Can go straight to the oven after searing. The size is right, after cooking, serve the food directly with it. Sure recommend.
