    Repeat Buyer
I bought my first 15”x20” Faberware Cookie Sheet some months ago. After using it at least twenty times I’ve just received my second one. For me they are perfect; far superior to my old sheets. A few observations to share. They’re bigger than I expected. The non-stick surface is more effective than I anticipated. Clear-up has been easy. We have a convection oven but even with two I only bake one sheet at a time. I make maple syrup chocolate chip oatmeal cookies in batches of forty. Having two sheets is perfect for me. The sheets are big and can be unwieldy; use to hands. For sixteen bucks each plus tax with next day delivery the cookie sheets seem like a bargain.

Best flat-style pan for baking out there! Five years and counting!
UPDATE (with photos) 7/2016:I’ve been using these pans for years and I just wanted to update this review by saying that I’m still using these, with no spray, and all I do is wipe them off when done using them. They are the perfect size for filling an oven with one tray. They hold a ton of cookies and still look BRAND NEW from buying them years ago. See my most recent photos of me taking cookies off of the pan with EASE! Love these pans!Original review:These are by far my favorite baking sheets for flat-surface baking (I have another brand I prefer when I want sides on my pan so that my items don’t go flying anywhere). I have purchased the AirBake brand as well and I do not like them as much. They are not as heavy in weight and the metal is not as good quality. My cookies bake superior on these pans. I have had two for over 5 years and I use them in a commercial kitchen. Unfortunately I started using spray on them so they’ve lost a bit of their original character, but, overall, they’re still going strong. I just added two more to my collection to help with pan rotation as my cookies are getting more popular.Pros:These are nice a large. As you can see from my photo, this pan nearly fills the entire rack of my standard sized oven. I make extra-large cookies at the coffee shop (2 tbsp of dough) and I can fit 3 rows of three comfortably. If you were making normal sized cookies, I’m sure you could fit 12-20, depending on your size and spreadability. These pans DO NOT NEED SPRAY. Fight the urge to spray them, I beg you. It’ll ruin the finish over time.Furthermore, they really are non-stick. I can bake cookies on these and take them off and the pan doesn’t even look like I used it.These pans are nice and heavy, which in my opinion is necessary to get the correct heat transferred around your baked good. The double-layered bottom allows hot air to flow beneath the surface of your cookie, almost simulating a convection oven style of baking. These last. As I’ve said before, I’ve had two of these for over 5 years and they’re still doing the job for me. I recommend them to everyone! The lip is great for pulling the pans out without burning your hands or touching the cookies. Unfortunately, if you’re a pan rotater, you may have difficulty since the lip is only on one side.Because these pans are pretty much flat with no sides, they store away nicely, I have mine nesting next to each other and can slide them in next to where I store my cutting boards. If you do work in an industrial kitchen, these do fit on sheet pan racks fine, though they are smaller in dimension than a full sheet pan, yet, larger in dimension than a half-sheet.Cons:Because of the air stream technology of the double-walled bottom, there are holes in the bottom of the pan. Should you have to wash this (really, if you don’t do anything crazy on them, you should be able to just wipe them off with a damp cloth), be careful of putting the entire pan in the sink. If you do, water will go into that bottom layer. Not a problem, but, you’ll want to be mindful that when you lift the pan out of the water, you’ll have a stream of water coming out of the holes. Keep the pan at an angle and let all this water empty out before storing.I had issues with ordering these off of Amazon and them arriving bent or dented. Make sure you inspect yours when they arrive. Amazon has excellent customer service, so, don’t let a bent pan get you bent out of shape 🙂 I had one that just a corner was bent and I was able to hammer it back into place no problem. When these are brand new, they are SO non-stick that your cookie dough may actually go flying when putting dough in the oven (I especially noticed this with snickerdoodles as they have that sugary coating all over them). Just make sure your cookies are still in place once you get them into the oven.

Cookie bakers will love this baking sheet
I am 63 years old. Needless to say, I have been baking for a very long time. This sheet is so easy to use and clean. The cookies bake evenly and do not burn on the bottom. (Make sure you take cookies out of oven before they are completely baked and let them sit on the sheet for a minute or two before moving onto a cooling rack.) I wipe it off with a wet cloth dipped in soapy water. No immersion. No scrubbing. I bought one to try it out. I love it so much that I am now buying two more.

    Wow, they’re huge!
I’m always trying to load two cookie sheets and put them side-by-side in the oven, so all the cookies can cook at the same time. Save time, save money, and on the same level, they’ll cook evenly. But I always mess up a row by hitting them with the second pan. With these pans, that problem is solved. Two batches easily fit on one pan.I’ve used this type of insulated baking sheet before, although they were aluminum. Scraping and scratching aluminum with a scrubber or spatula can be bad for your health. Really bad. So I try to stay away from any aluminum cooking pots or pans, which is the main reason I chose these pans. The second thing is that aluminum bends easily. These pans are steel, and much sturdier. Yes, they’re a little heavier, but it’s not a big deal. Granny won’t have any problem with them. There’s a lip on one side about 45 degrees, I assume for better grip on the pan. But there are no lips on any of the other 3 edges, so you can just give it a shake and cookies slip right off onto a cooling rack. You could also use it for a pizza peel / spatula, if you cook frozen pizzas. The top and bottom are both coated with some non-stick substance, which I hope doesn’t eventually peel or chip. The bottom has a small hole in each of the 4 corners, so that air can circulate, and water can drain if you even wash them. Some people just wipe them down, which might be smart… I’m not sure if the interior is coated, but water and steel don’t play nice unless thoroughly dried. My wife baked a batch of ‘pie-crust cinnamon twists’ for me, and the sheet just wiped clean with a paper towel. She had initially sprayed with cooking oil spray, but still, it was nice that nothing stuck. So far, loving these. Hope this helps.

A good product, but too small for what I needed them for
Farberware makes quality products. I bought these to make a Boston cream pie, and these two 8-inch pans were too small. If these had come in a set of 3, they likely would have worked for me. These will work for layer cakes in general. The non-stick coating works great, they heat evenly, and they are sturdy. My only complaint about these is the fact they are not sold in a 3-pack, and they were too small for what I needed them for.

Major improvement to my previous sheet
Very large, very sturdy sheet pan that makes it easy to bake up larger batches of cookies. have also used it for other goods. I’m a year into using this and really like it so much. Wipes clean too.

    Cookies slide right off
It is bigger and heavier than standard cookie sheet because it covers the whole oven shelf. You’ll need to make room on the counter. Cookies slid right off. Very easy to clean. Holds about 1 1/2 times as a standard cookie sheet. Great if you make large batches, too.

Fantastic cookie sheet. I bought the large one. Takes up the entire space in my oven. Cookies come off easily. No need to grease the sheet. Easily cleanable. Highly recommend.

I’ve used this product 2-3 times so far. The food cooks easily and slides off easily. It cleans super easily with a wipe of a soapy dishcloth and a rinse. It didn’t warp at all at 450 degrees. I’m careful not to knock it against anything. The first two arrived dented but I exchanged them, so hoping this cookie sheet doesn’t dent easily. It’s made by Meyer-Faberware and Meyer is very good quality.
