Good quality pan but not really non stick
I like this pan and rack a lot! But the material they use for the non stick isnât great. If you donât properly grease your pan or rack everything will stick, so i only use this for certain things. Other than that itâs a good little pan for daily use

Bacon on the Grill
I did cook bacon on my flattop grill and it was not easy to clean up. I got this sheet pan to cook bacon on the grill with grates. The bacon cooked crispier and there was little cleanup. I got a popup on my computer from a different company offered me a great deal on this same sheep pan and wire drainer. They wanted to save me money by offering it at 175% more in price.

My wife prefers to cook bacon in the oven, saw this and decided to try it out.Very nice, not flimsy to the feel. The wire rack allows the bacon grease to drip right off into the pan. Cooks bacon nice and even as there is plenty of space for air to circulate around the wire rack.A tip… my wife likes easy clean up for greasy foods. She lines the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil to collect the grease. After cooking, she lets the grease solidify and just wraps up the foil for easy clean up and toss out.Very nice pan and rack set.

Great Versatile pan
This pan is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly what I wanted. I’ve been looking for a pan with a rack that would fit perfectly into the pan and I could use it for not just cooking bacon, but also cooking chicken and pork in the oven so that the heat cooked evenly around both s. Extremely sturdy; I would absolutely repurchase and heartily suggest.

Pealing paint
Love this for cooking bacon. Bake bacon at 350 degrees for 24 minutes. Nice, crisp and less grease. Only issue: Used 3 times and the paint is peeling off of the wire rack.

I love cooking my bacon on this rack, the grease drains down int to the pan. I would always put my bacon on a paper towel to drain the grease off. But with this rack that is not needed!

Yeah, no. The tray warped after being in the oven at 220 degrees (c) but admittedly went flat again when cooling.The rack quality is appalling. Itâs lost itâs coating from a SINGLE use and SINGLE dishwasher cycle.Fail.
