Efficient & pretty!
I live for my kitchen, so a product that works very well AND looks great is top choice for me. Not only is this set available in great colors it works extremely well. These are fantastic for RV living also! They do not require high heat to cook a variety of foods. I got a fantastic brown sear on my sauteed shrimp ðð» Love the easy clean up as well!

Great Cookware – Helps Save Energy
Before buying this cookware, I read quite a few reviews, both good and bad. I have to say that I am very pleased with this purchase. Not only is this Gotham Steel cookware attractive, it is extremely non-stick, easy to clean and it distributes heat evenly and quickly.I’ve come to the conclusion after using it for a while now, that people who complained about food burning or sticking were just using this cookware improperly. Because the heat distribution is so superior, you don’t have to cook your foods at as high a temperature. For instance, when making scrambled eggs, I put the frying pan on the burner to heat up while I am scrambling the eggs. By the time I finish prepping them, the pan is heated. After I pour the eggs in, I am able to turn the burner off and cook the eggs with just the residual heat. I also like to add shredded cheese to my eggs to melt into the scramble. The eggs and cheese just slide right out of the pan perfectly.I wash these pots and pans by hand because they are so easy to clean, it just takes a few seconds. The cookware is also nice and light, very easy to handle. The glass lids are vented so they don’t steam up too much. My only complaint would be that the handles on the lids can get a little hot, but, this is a small criticism. All in all, I have to say that I am 100% pleased with Gotham Steel and I would recommend them for anyone who wants to replace or upgrade their cookware.

They are OK, but seem a little flimsy
I’ve been using these for just over a week. So far, i have mixed impressions.I like the ceramic non-stick better than Teflon as it is probably safer, but I am not sure these will last long.I use the pot daily to make oatmeal for my kids and I find it easy to clean. I don’t particularly like the handles, as they are a bit rough on the edges and feel like they could almost cut you in some places. They also tend to get a bit warm near the pot.I do like the way they look. The blue and cream combination is nice and different, and they are very light when compared to the Circulon pots I have.For the price, I’m happy so far with the quality. We’ll see how long they last…

We Love These Pans
About six months ago, my wife bought a 12â Gotham from one of our local stores. We liked it so much that after having it for a couple of months we decided to revamp all of our pans and get rid of several old ones. So, we purchased this set, and have only good things to say. Great heat dispersion. And they are so ânon-stickâ that you have to chase a fried egg around if you try to flip it. They are good looking and clean up well. They have definitely improved our cooking experience.

Looks and feels great. Note that the handle has a flat surface, the only thing Iâm not used to. Although this is a small detail and everything else is great! Non-stick, very easy to clean, color is as pictured, and doesnât burn easily on bottom. Would recommend!*3 month update*Disappointed to say that every pan has been burnt and no soap/ sponge can remove. Flakes of burned pan falls off all over my dishwasher and cabinets and sticks to new food Iâm cooking. Initially impressed, but definitely does not withstand time

First impressions are very good. I got the blue ones and they look very nice! They feel well made and they are a dream to cook with. They heat up fast and absolutely nothing sticks to them. No matter what I cook in them food just slides around without any effort. They’re effortless to clean because literally nothing sticks. I really hope these hold up because I’m loving them so far. I’m very impressed especially for the price!EDIT AFTER 2 MONTHS: The coating on the 10 inch pan (which is the one I use on a daily basis) has started to wear off. Everything now sticks to the pan. I know the coating doesnt last forever but it only lasted 2 months. The paint has also started flaking off of some of the pans that I barely use.

Bought the 12 piece set and if you look at the picts they use to describe the set it says INDUCTION with the special symbol. Imagine getting the set and only the frying pans are induction and not the pots. Why would anyone buy a set of 12 pieces with only half of set being induction friendly? This is downright misleading and almost deceptive. I will take this complaint further
