Our patented Hybrid technology combines all the benefits of stainless and nonstick into a single pan. The laser-etched stainless steel hexagonal network of ridges forms peaks over nonstick valleys for increased searing capabilities.
Do the handles get hot or are they heat-resistant?
Our stay-cool handles are designed specifically to be heat-resistant. However, shorter handles that are closer to the heat will heat up more quickly. So please use caution. And always use oven mitts when removing cookware out of the oven.
Is HexClad Hybrid Cookware oven-safe?
Yes. Our cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and our tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Can I use HexClad Hybrid Cookware on any type of cooktop?
You can use HexClad Hybrid Cookware on virtually all household stove tops including gas, electric, glass, and induction cooktops.

Expensive but worth it.
I only purchased a 12″ skillet. Besides being a beautiful skillet, it cooks evenly and fast. I have only used it twice and it’s kind of early to say but I think it was a great purchase. Cooks great and cleans like a dream, and the craftsmanship is unbelievable.

Fantastic Addition to My Kitchen
I have been using this for about 2 months now, and it is safe to say it has exceeded my expectations. As an frequent home cook, I use it daily to prepare variety of dishes including chicken, ribeye steaks, eggs and it performs wonderfully with each.One of the standout features of this pan is its hybrid tech, which combines an aluminum core between two layers of steel, along with a unique hexagonal nonstick surface. It allows for even heat distribution and durability and also makes the cleaning so easy.I mainly use it for cooktop, did not experience it in the oven yet. The cooking is consistenly great, never had a problem with any of the dishes i tried yet. The glass lid is a good addition especially when cooking frozen chicken on my end, I can see the water level etc.Despite the price, I find the value it offers very worthwhile. Buy this for sure, instead of paying cheaper pans and not getting good value from them.In summary, I am extremely happy with my purchase, and recommend it to anyone looking for a good performance pan.

Nice – Big and solid pan
Best pan I have ever purchased. Nice and heavy, non stick but I can use metal utensils. It has a large surface area so I can fit more into the pan. Well worth the money in my opinion

Best cookware ever!
As a career Chef I know pans and am particular about the ones I have at home. I started with a fry pan after trying one at the kidsâ house. Nothing Iâve used including the best cast iron combines all the qualities you need in cookware. Matched in heaven with clarified butter these pans brown faster, more evenly and with a lower heat setting than all others. I quickly bought the whole set. They even simmer water at a lower temp than fancy brands. Very little sticks, they clean quickly and easily, and seem to dry themselves if rinsed with hot water. Highly recommended.

Best pans ever
The moment you open the box you realize these pans are a cut above anything I have bought before. They are heavier than the typical nonstick pans,but lighter than cast iron. They are easy to prep for first use,(per included instructions) and a breeze to clean. The fact that they are oven safe is a definite plus and that they can take metal utensils without scratches is a bonus! I will be adding more to my collection. They are well worth the cost

I’ve been living with my Hexclad pan for about 1/2 a year now, using it almost every day, though not a perfect non-stick pan it does have a lot of features I love.Pros:Heavy base with even heat conductionExtremely well made with quality materials and a beautiful finishVery durable (so far)Once seasoned it is very nonstick for most usesOven safe up to 500 (I believe)Cons:This is not the pan for demanding nonstick tasks like French omlettes or delicate fishRequires some oil for most uses (not a problem for me, as I love using butter in my cooking but if you want to totally eliminate cooking fats this is not the right pan.)Very high price (ultimate value will depend on durability)Some question about the long-term durability of the designI love mine and would highly recommend it as long as the cons I listed are not an issue.

Top knotch kitchenware on all utencils
After reading reviews on Hexclad I gave one pot a try. No looking back on these kitchen pots. Yes, the price is higher then most, but worth every dime. No more coating the pans with oil or butter. Oven safe, dishwashersafe. Cleans so easily not needing to soak your pans. I have all the pots now. Almost completeing the line with a 8″ pan today. wll be buying the rest very soon. Also great for those ( spouses & children ) who are rough on your kitchenware.Just fantastic kitchenware.

Whatâs not to love about this pan?! The size is perfect – not too big, not too small – and the see-through lid is an added bonus. I use it to cook anything and everything. Browns food well, cooks evenly and food doesnât stick. Washes well, which I always do by hand, without having to use abrasive cleaners. Loved this so much that I bought one for my son and one for my daughter. So happy with this purchase!
