This skillet with the lid will cook anything you want. Makes fried chicken best I ever made along with whatever else I have cooked like fried potatoes ect. Very large size so you cam make a complete meal in it no problem. Nothing sticks easy to clean.

What can I say. Is just the traditional way. Like my mom had one of these from the 1930s and I think is been passed down to generations for years and years. The family member who owns it still uses it today. I donât know if this is gonna last me that long I hope it does, but I just love it. Thereâs many things that are somehow inconvenient for most people because everyone is used to nonstick cooking sets. So it takes some time to get used to it and as you keep using it it gets better and better. Personally I love it, I have the patience and understanding to handle and care for these things. Is awesome I love it so much.

This skillet will last me until my end of days, and my children, and my childrenâs children. The quality is simply superb ; the heat distribution and retention is remarkable. It needs treated properly, as in cleaned and dried and oiled ( I use avocado oil for its high heat capabilities). The more itâs used the better it âcuresâ – can be used for all cooking types, including induction and in a hot oven + on a bbq or even an open fire. Cooking anything ; Frying ; Baking = itâs brilliant at baking bannock or bread. My favourite pan..

Nutze nur noch Gusseisenpfannen und wenn man sich etwas um Information bemüht und sie auch nutzt, stellt man fest das sie allen normalen beschichteten Pfanne weit überlegen sind. Gesünder sind sie wohl auch.
