Nice pan………….
I finally got around to using this pan. I wanted something to cook my eggs in and make omelettes instead of a larger pan, or a coated non-stick pan. I don’t like using those kind of pans. That stuff wears off and gets in the food. I followed the instructions about adding oil or butter before heating this pan, and only using low or medium heat and my eggs turned out perfect. Then followed instructions on washing. NOT to put in cold or hot water as soon as you get done using it. Did exactly that, and used a plastic scrubber first with warm water, then just used a my dish liquid filled plastic and sponge scrubber to wash it and the pan easily came clean with no scrapes. I didn’t use any metal utensil on it. As long as I follow this cooking and washing instructions, I shouldn’t have any problems with this nice pan. Beautiful stainless steel and glass lid, and it should last the rest of my days. Well worth the price!

If you are low maintenance with your cookware, I don’t think this is for you.I ended up going into research mode looking for good pans that will last me awhile and not get absolutely destroyed and I found this. You WILL need to buy Barkeeper’s friend to keep this clean depending on what you cook with it (or baking soda and some diluted vinegar and water). Since it’s stainless steel, it heats up pretty quick.This has been perfect for me to make eggs in and sautee some veggies. The key is patience so if you don’t have that, probably don’t bother. Been using this a couple months now and it still looks amazing. It has a thicker bottom and the handle is sturdy PLUS the lid is good for over easy eggs. It did stain underneath but that was my fault, and I’m not a stickler to keep everything neat besides the inside of the pan but I have seen that it’s completely preventable. If you don’t want scratches, do NOT use metal scrubbers.Protip: Ya gotta learn some science (Leidenfrost effect) esp if you plan to cook meats and fish on this. Google and Youtube is your friend <3

Good pan!!
I feel safe and healthy while cooking with this pan. I am always skeptical about non stick pans and other stuff, but this pan is steel, I feel confident while using it. Definitely a good size to cook for 1-2 people.

not easy to clean
I followed instructions that came with pan. I seasoned it and did not use higher heat than recommended, let the pan cool before attempting to wash and it still was difficult to clean, I did not use steel wool to clean it and did not use metal utensils when cooking.
