The best possible way for making oven-baked bacon! Grease drains away for a healthier option and hot air circulates underneath so there’s no need for turning. For flat, evenly cooked bacon without the mess! Think beyond bacon, great for making jerky, dried fruits, crisp fries, veggies and more! The pan’s four corners act as pouring spouts for easy disposal of bacon fat when cooking is finished. Better yet, line the pan with aluminum foil prior to baking for hassle-free cleanup.

Easy to clean and use
Wire rack is perfect for baking my fish and chicken on, the bottom is great for putting pre-cut parchment paper for easy cleaning.

Much needed!
I love to bake crispy bacon in the oven and really needed a deep dish! I used parchment paper inside the dish because I know it will be less cleaning for me in the long run… The bacon didn’t stick to the grill… When I first opened it up I was disappointed that the pan wasn’t heavier or made heavy with the material they used… But, since I have used it, I was wrong.. it was perfect and I have even used it for BBQ wings that were bought frozen and do to it being a deep pan it warms all of my food without having to turn it over half way thru the baking of the food… I would definitely purchase this again and sorry I didn’t sooner. Worth the money and not heavy at all… Get it as u won’t be sorry!

Really works!
I was very skeptical of using a rack to air fry chicken wings or legs. My Ninja air fryer is too small to cook a large batch but this fits the bill. When itâs too cold in Montana to use the gas grill on the patio, this is a great substitute. A kitchen must have!

Oven Crisp Baking Tray
This item keeps food out of the drippings or grease during cooking in your oven. Clean up is quick. It is made of good material with the rack fitting nicely inside the pan. Great product for someone like me who doesn’t use my oven often.

Not going to use the rack
I was dismayed to see the coated rack when I received my crisping pan and even more dismayed to read the instructions that the pan and rack were only oven-safe to 400 degrees. Most things I wanted to cook on this (chicken strips, fish cakes, french fries) need temperatures of 425 to 450 degrees. I called Nordic Ware customer service and the rep said that the pan, by itself, is actually safe up to 500 degrees but the coated rack is not. She said I might be able to use the rack up to 425, but that they say 400 degrees because some people’s ovens are not well calibrated and run hot. I asked if Nordic Ware made a non-coated rack option for the crisping pan and she said no, all their racks are coated. After reading a lot of the 1 star review where people report that the racks begin to lose their coating and rust in a short time, I am not going to use the rack at all. I don’t trust chemical coatings on cookware made in China. But I will find a way to use the pan – not worth sending back. Buyer beware.

Pan is sturdy and versatile. Can be used for baking and broiling meats and vegetables

Although it was wrapped in plastic, the top edges of the tray look like they have been dragged across a rough surface causing the metal coating to be rubbed off. Have not used yet but have taken pictures just in case the pan starts to rust.

We used this pan yesterday to cook a kebab, it is a great. Very convenient to use, it fits the size of our standard owen.

This pan is a decent pan but is only rated for 400 degrees F. It states that in the instruction booklet. I like to broil my steaks at 500F
