Inexpensive & Good
Highest ratings by a major kitchen cooking & equipment website. These are thick & well-made. This will be our 3rd one over the past 4 years. Don’t spray them with non-stick spray & they stay non-stick. Found out the hard way with all non-stick pans that non-stick spray does not clean off with normal washing & builds up & covers the non-stick coating of the pan so it no longer works. Once they start losing non-stick due to scratches, etc. – throw ’em out & get a new one. Had expensive ones $150 & they did no better & lasted no longer than these.

Favorite Scrambled Egg Skillet
Bought this based on Americas Test Kitchen recommendation for nonstick skillet. I donât put it in dishwasher, just rinse with hot water and wipe clean. Also I follow ATKâs recommendation to not heat it above medium to not damage the pan nonstick surface or heat it without something in it so I donât have to worry about toxic gases. Melt a little butter in the pan or squirt in some canola oil and eggs do not stick. I donât use spray lecithin (Pam) as I ruined my last skillet with that. The cooking spray turned brown and stuck to 5he skillet and later got sticky and wouldnât wash off. Lesson learned use canola oil in a sprayer from Williamson Sonoma and no more sticky residue.

Well-constructed and excellent non-stick performing frying pan
The Oxo Good Grips Pro frying pans are the top non-stick frying pan recommendation from Americaâs Test Kitchen, and rightfully so. The pans are surprisingly light but very robust, well balanced, and the non-stick surface performance is excellent. The pans heat up quickly and evenly with no hot spots. The handle is stainless steel and very sturdy. Because stainless steel is a poor heat conductor, the handle stays cool and you do not need pot holders or a silicone handle cover to grab it.I purchased the 10â and 8â versions of the pan. These frying pans do a great job of cooking anything and everything. Especially breakfast eggs and potatoes which are the main reason I needed them. I am treating the new pans with kid gloves, making sure to only use non-stick coating safe utensils (wood or silicone). As well as thoroughly cleaning, and drying them after each use. Make sure to not use dish washing liquid that contains bleach or citrus additives as these will break down the non-stick coating. I am hoping to get many years of ânon-stickâ use out of these pans.I needed a lid for the 10â Oxo Good Grips Pro frying pan to cook breakfast eggs. Previously I had used a general-purpose lid with the 1.5″ to 2.0″ silicone edge. Although that worked, the silicone edge tended to accumulate grease from the oil/butter used to cook the eggs and was difficult to keep clean. And so I was looking to obtain a new lid.Luckily theÂ

amazing heat distribution
i put this pan on the stove to cook some noodles and at first it just had water in it. once it came to boil i couldn’t believe my eyes. bubbles were coming up from the bottom of the pan evenly over the whole pan. why this is so strange is that the heating element on my stove is not level and the end that gets the most heat will produce bubbles but the rest of all of my other pans dont have much heat at the other end. if i want to brown meat i have to turn it around in the pan so it gets heated by the hot end. the heat distribution on this pan is so great that all of the pan is hot on the bottom. also, the pan is very heavy, much heavier than a normal aluminum non-stick. very well made

Non stick works great, but the bottom pan has the finish rubbing off
Non stick works great, handles are cool to the touch. The finish on the exterior of pan stains easily and is rubbing off.

Well Constructed
Been using this pan daily for over 6 months. Kept the heat at medium for all cooking, takes a few minutes longer to heat up. Used a hard nylon spatula first and found that it scuffed the nonstick surface. Switched to a red silicon spurtle style spatula which does not scuff the surface. Even when I cook the eggs too long, nothing sticks. Cleans up when hot with a quick wipe from a paper towel or when the pan is cold, I wash it out with cold water from the tap and a wipe with dish soap and the kitchen sponge and a rinse. Really happy with the performance.

Best ever
Have purchased many “non-stick” pans over the years and few lived up to their name and didn’t last long until the non-stick surface got scratched and food began to stick. This pan is the BEST!! Something about the way it is made – no visible non-stick coating to speak of but food comes out easily and it is a breeze to clean. Haven’t had very long but absolutely recommend it!

Great Pan!
Love this pan. It’s slippery, nothing sticks, thus it’s easy to clean. The bottom of the pan appears to be thicker than other pans and takes a few seconds longer to heat up. But to my wife and me, this is good. It allows for even heat distribution across the entire pan. Most pans heat on one side and not well on the other.

Great quality pan, comfortable handle, love that I can also pop it into the oven

Muy recomendado, realmente funciona, no se le pega nada y es fácil de lavar

Great pan and love the lid but itâs too shallow to do most of what I bought it for. Nowhere could I find the pan capacity and the pictures are misleading.

You could just tell from the moment you pick it up, it’s a quality item. Well worth the extra cost over a cheaper option. Should last a lifetime. Let you all know if it does, just before i pop my clogs.

A very sweet little pan, light well balanced handle. The non stick is amazing. I also bought the oxo 11″ frypan with lid. They are a good team. Highly recommend. I wrote a review on the other one aswell. Light lovely to use sits well, doesn’t over balance on gas stove top.
