Buy this if you want a great high side non stick
I have purchased many non-stick pans. This is buy far the best. I have used it many times. It maintains perfect temp control on my glass top. I wish I had gas to do it justice. In comparison my expensive Misen pan gets way to hot when temp established and then gets hot spots. The temp distribution on this pan is perfect and reacts well evenly to temp changes. I have fried with it , braised meat, eggs , ect. I wish I could put in the oven for a browning effect but the walnut handles (super nice) keep me from doing that , but who cares I will swallow that for the great performance. It comes with a great glass lid with a steam release eyelet. Not to mention a phillips screw driver to attach a handle and an easy lift front handle.I tell you it also cleans up easy, a little dish soap, done! After 1 year . (honest review)

Great Pan! Really worth the Price!
I Love this SENSARTE Nonstick Deep Frying Pan, 12″ , Induction Cookware, 5qt. non stick!I made salmon the first time I used it, and I was So pleased with the results! Great heat transfer over all the pan , Nothing stuck to the pan and clean up was a breeze! It is a little on the heavy side, but I’ll take that for how great my food has turned out ! I would recommend this pan to anyone

Best pan in my huge collection!
OK, I am a cooking vessel junkie, I admit. Everything from cast iron to nonstick aluminum. This pan with it’s gorgeous wood grain handle is already my favorite and I’ve only had it for 2 days. Made 3 meals in it, and left it dirty overnight on purpose to see how dried up food would clean and it just wiped out with a paper towel. It’s heavy and distributes heat perfectly all the way across. The first thing I cooked was ground beef and it browned it better than anything I have – up there with cast iron. Better because it’s easier to handle with the smaller lift assist, deeper, and has the sloped bottom for easy mixing. Putting the handles on took me less than one minute, REALLY not difficult at all. Don’t worry about this one at all – it’s worth so much more than I paid!

Great pan at a great price!
This is the second one Iâve ordered. This is my workhorse daily skillet for our family meals, and after nearly 3 years of constant use I decided to get a new one as the old, while still operational, had lost a lot of its nonstick coating. Love that it came with a full sized screwdriver to affix the handles to it (super easy to do). Treat it properly (oil/spray in beginning before heating and letting it cook before washing) and this pan will last a good long time.

Seriously consider this pan
After an exhaustive, and exhausting search for a non toxic fry pan I finally decided on this one and it was the right choice. I love the way it cooks and cleaning it is a breeze. I really like the lack of rivits holding the handles on providing a smooth finish inside. The only draw back is that since it is cast aluminum it is very heavy which is the reason I rated it four stars instead of five. However, I think may only only apply the colors with the black interior ( although it is actually gray/gray and not black/black in case that would affect your decision.) The listing actually combines this particular pan with the ceramic version and if you don’t re-read the description you will end up with a different pan than you think you are ordering. It is not a ceramic coating. Just be careful. All that said, it is a great pan.

Somehow I have gone a number of years without a non-stick pan, or I have bought non-stick pans only to find they didn’t work that well. So happy to report this one fits the bill. It’s big enough to cook large amounts of food, but not so heavy that I can’t drain liquid out. Like the glass lid too. Cleans incredibly easily.It also came with a screwdriver, which I particularly appreciate as I opened the box and realized I’d have to attach the handles on and was already sighing about having to dig into my tool box to find the right size screwdriver. No need!

Received it yesterday, try it twice today, very pleasant to use, easy to clean and give performance heat. Not recommanded to apply maximum heat to start with, you have to increase the temperature slowly to prevent damaging the surface, but, once warmed up, it’s amazing how pleasant it does the job!

What can I say when you receive an item that is above your expectations? The pan came with a screwdriver. Nothing new here except, the screwdriver was not a one time use. The screwdriver was made of quality material that I keep with my other screwdrivers. Most of the time if not always we get tools that will sometimes work for the job, most of the time I will just throw them out and use my own tools. This was not the case.When I lifted the pan it had some actual weight to it. The lid has a nice seal. Cooking with it has been a nice treat. You have to be careful because once the lid is on you can barely hear it cook. so watch you don’t burn your food. The pan is easy to clean just wipe with soapy water. It is dishwasher safe but you don’t need to use the dishwasher when cleaning is so easy.This is a quality product I just wish other companies would follow this. But when your the best others can only follow in your shadows. Thanks for making our lives just a little bit easier with this product. I just may buy more but different of sizes. Not sure what I’ll do with all the screwdrivers 🙂

I love this pan – it is sturdy and cooks everything perfectly. It cleans up nicely and I have never had a problem with food sticking. The only issue (and it would not stop me from re-purchasing or recommending this pan) is that is very heavy.
