Love this pan!
I’ve had these pans for a couple of months, and have found no negatives. I had purchased the 10″ in January, and was so pleased that I ordered the 12″ in February.Things I like: Solid, heavy duty pan; good heat distribution; works well on induction burners; easy to clean; strong and comfortable handle (and comes with a screw driver to attach the handle); deep sides (helps limit the splatter mess while frying and stirring); Nice, well-fitting glass lid.

Deep, large and decent weight, best lid and doesnât scratch. Easy to cook with, clean up is a breeze, and has great versatility. Looks great and does a nice job with any food we throw at it. Color and coating are beautiful, and an excellent value.

The thick bottom of this pan ensures even heat distribution, preventing hotspots and ensuring that your food cooks uniformly. The non-stick surface is good so far on my first 40 uses (I have used it every day since receiving it). So far, cleanup has been easy. I make sure to heat it to medium first, then dial up the heat as needed.One of my favorite features is the deep sides of the pan, which prevent splattering and make it ideal for a variety of dishes â sautéing vegetables especially. I make two fried eggs each morning in this pan with a drizzle of Kari Kari Garlic Chili Crisp sauce. I choose to hand wash it after the pan has completely cooled down.

Great Skillet
I was looking for a Teflon-free pan to replace my old non-stick pan and this one is a great option!Love that it comes with a glass lid and product works as advertised. Price tag is decent as well!The 11 inch pan has a pretty large capacity and the depth of the pan prevents food from tossing off to the sides. Also, the wooden-finish handle does not get hot.The only negative thing I noticed is that the heat distributes pretty slowly.With my previous non-stick pans, they would heat up quickly and I was able to cook meat and still get a decent sear. With this pan, the meat I cook rarely ever gets charred; instead, it makes the juices come out of the meat and it kind of simmers in juices (even when I have the fire all the way up).I’ve found that I have to pre-heat this pan for a few minutes, then add oil and pre-heat for an additional two minutes, and then throw in the food to cook.I like to cook with high heat and I like some sear in my food, so this pan takes a while to reach a high temperature, for this reason, I took off one star as the heat distribution is quite slow.Nevertheless, I have not had any other issues with this pan. It’s extremely easy to clean- Food and sauces do not cling on to the pan and you’ll never have to scrub hard. Plus, the white ceramic coat looks so clean and modern- it certainly looks more expensive than it is.

I love to cook and I am ALWAYS looking for deep large fry / sauce pans that cook evenly and have no issues with food sticking to them with or without spray, oil or what have you.I have to say this is one of the best pans I EVER purchased online. This pan cooks food evenly, the entire surface heats thoroughly at the same temperature. The lid is heavy duty but not heavy. There is a pour spout thatâs a perfect size. When you drain with with pour spout, the pan is heavy so use to hands. This is perfect to draining beef , liquids from your dish. It washes perfect and itâs all around a great buyâ¦. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves to make any type of dish which has lots of different flavors or what I call casseroles on the stove top. I will purchase more of these pans for certainâ¦.

Nothing Sticks!!
This is a beautiful, well-made pan. It’s not the lightest, but it’s not too heavy (even with a bit of arthritis). If you’re cooking a large amount of food, you will probably need both hands to maneuver (we got the 10″ which has one pour spout). Nothing sticks to it, it cooks evenly, and it’s a dream to hand wash. We were specifically looking for a pan without the toxic substances, and this filled the bill. Because we use it almost every day, my husband checks the screw in the handle (screwdriver came included with the pan) every so often, just out of caution. Great pan!

I love the 12″ pan with the lid. It’s perfect for anything with a sauce and cleans super easy. Nothing sticks. The pan is solid, but not so heavy you can’t lift it to strain grease.

This pan is amazing. Despite its huge size it is amazingly light! Looks great, cooks fabulously and so easy to clean. Wipe out with damp paper towel and youâre done.

I wanted to use this pan a few times before I rated it. So, weâve used this frying 4 times now, and it has preformed as advertised. Iâve done some morning cook ups, and my wife used the pan to make a meat and vegetable pasta sauce. She was hesitant to use it because she was using 2lbs of ground beef along with lots of vegetables. She didnât think it would all fit, but I told her just try it and see, and she was amazed it did all did fit. We have a gas stove, we started using it on med, then down to low. The pan performs very well. Even heat distribution. Also the pour spouts on the side of the pan were handy when she wanted to pour out the grease. It cleans up quick, and easy. Very good purchase.
