This is the best set of cookie sheet pans/silicone liners/cooling racks that I’ve ever purchased!
I was pleasantly surprised to see the nice quality of these pans/silicone liners/cooling racks. Everything you need to bake cookies! I made some chocolate chip cookies and they baked wonderfully even and they were so easy to lift off the silicone liner. The pans are nice and bright and made of sturdy stainless steel. In addition, the cooling racks fit perfectly inside the pans. I have a feeling these are going to last me a very, very long time.

STAINLESS STEEL COOKIE SHEET
Reading up on what to use for cooking and decided to dumb my old aluminum sheets. This six piece set is great. The sheets are shiny and smooth, the rack fits perfectly, and if you don’t already have silicone baking mats you will wonder how you ever got along without them. My only concern is that the sheet seems a little flimsy and I don’t think you can use it as a tray outside the oven.

We recently purchased an ANOVA steam oven and wanted extra baking sheets, racks and silicone mats to go with it. From the measurements provided for these items they appear that they would fit in the oven and previous purchasers had rated them quite highly.We received them undamaged very well packaged, and they fit in our new oven like a charm. We have used them several times, and I am thrilled and how easily the stainless steel cleans versus traditional aluminum baking sheets.Regardless of what oven you would want to use these, and they are excellent quality, nice, thick stainless steel, the silicone pads are as good as any others that I have purchased, and really get the job done. So Handy for the Bravo XL Oven
I use one of these every day with my Bravo XL Oven. It is a great size for that, and works well to reheat pizza, warm a muffin, bake a biscuit, even roast a spatchcocked chicken with one of the cooling racks in the pan!They do temporarily warp in the oven when it gets hot (hence 4 stars), but that won’t matter unless I start baking cookies on them.The circles drawn on the mats look to be scaled down from a full-sized baking sheet size, so they honestly have little value: Don’t count the circles and think that’s how many 3″ cookies will fit – the circles are just 1-1/2″ diameter each.
