Love the stainless!
These are very nice, substantial for baking, as opposed to the old aluminun sheets. The stainless lasts a life time and doesn’t get thrown out like the worn out aluminun ones. the silicone pads make clean up a breeze. The smallest size fits perfectly in our toaster over, perfect!

The stainless steel pans are good sized. The largest one is more like a medium but the steel seems Durand they clean up easily. No warping at high heat and the racks and silicone liners are great.

Nicer than expected
These are good quality sheets. They are heavy (build, not weight) and durable, and they ARE stainless. Can’t verify if they are steel, but they are stainless in the sense that they cleanup well. Do use the mats if you aren’t cooking above 440 or so though, because the mats are great.Everything, even charred black sugar, just flakes off of the mats. Also worth noting, the mats are nice and thick but flexible like good silicone should be. I expect them to last a LONG time.The cooling racks are also built well and, like everything else, I expect them to last for years.
