I love these pans
When I moved out to live on my own, I never thought that I would learn to love cookware. Well, I am old now, and I have learned to love cookware–these pans specifically. They are heavy as hell. I love that, the weight. They are red and black. I love that too. Good colors. They heat evenly. They cook evenly. I didn’t know that crappy pans were making me a bad cook before. They were. Bad tools = bad cook. These pans make it easy to poach eggs, and that is supposed to be a difficult task. Improve your game in the kitchen. Buy these pans. Poach eggs. Love yourself a little more.

I used this to bake my crab stuffed shrimp. I love that it gave it great flavor, it didn’t stick, and it was easy to clean. Heavy duty and made of great quality.

got these for my new apt. the color is lighter than the one in the photo i thought they’d be a dark green but i still like them!! i made some steaks in them! fire and theyre pretty heavy! theyre not huge in size like i thought, but idk anything about pan sizes so theres that LOL. but it was able to fit a NY STRIP w a few more inches in room .

Not bad for your first set
Solid. The smallest pan is too small to make anything. It would work as a wall hanging though. If this is your first set and like me, you want to see what all the hype is about, then this is it. If your as “seasoned” as having one before… you’ll be a bit disappointed. However…I only wish I had paid more attention to the sizes it came in.. I really don’t want a wall hanging…….

The price for this solid, quality set was too good to pass up. Normally one would expect to pay that price for 1piece like this( maybe a frying pan?), but there are 3 pieces. Gave to my son as a gift that he can abuse over and over again!

Nachdem ich von meiner 30cm Burnhardt Pfanne schon so begeistert war, habe ich mir dieses Set mit verschiedenen GröÃen gekauft. Erst war ich etwas skeptisch, schlieÃlich ist dieses 3er Set sogar noch 10⬠günstiger als die Burnhardt Einzelpfanne. Aber die Skepsis ist unberechtigt, qualitativ kommt es nicht ganz an die Burnhardt heran, aber dennoch, nach einigen Einbrenndurchgängen mit Leinöl im Backofen, entsteht eine sehr schöne Oberfläche, die ein tolles Bratergebnis liefert und danach nur mit heiÃem Wasser und Schwamm einfach gesäubert wird. Die Oberfläche ist im Vergleich nicht ganz so homogen verarbeitet, wie die teure Pfanne, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau und fällt nur im direkten Vergleich auf. Von schlecht kann man hier ganz und gar nicht reden. Generell gilt aber für alle Gusseisenpfannen, das sie etwas mehr Pflege benötigen. Man sollte sie nur komplett getrocknet beiseite stellen und mit dem ein oder anderen Tröpfchen Ãl verteilt auf der Oberfläche, macht man sicher auch nichts falsch. Eisen kann nun mal rosten (bei mir bisher gar nicht), aber die Pflege machts.

no las cambiarÃa por ninguna otra , he usado otras y estas son las mejores ,cocino d todo ,plancha ,frituras ,huevos fritos alucinante u sin poner nada de aceite ,m falta probar la tortilla d patatas en la pequeña y ya será el no va mas ,patatas bravas super buenas .sabor y textura en todo lo descrito inmejorable .super contenta con ellas y por ello las cuido con mucho cariño .curadas lavadas agua caliente ,secar y untar con aceite girasol y una hora boca a bajo en el horno a 230, dejar enfriar dentro y volver a darles un poco d aceite y listas. coger el truquilloo en el calentamiento fuego medio bajo bien caliente y a gastarla . no se m pega nada .

I simply cannot understand how anyone could be negative about these pans, they are totally fine.They arrive pre-seasoned but I chose to ignore that. I washed the pans with clean, hot water. Dried them thoroughly, then applied a very small coating of oil to the surface. I cannot stress enough that only a small amount is needed for this. The best thing is to put oil into the pan and wipe it around with a clean cloth. Remove as much as you can.Then remove some more. It looks as if there is no oil in the pan. Now I put the pan onto a medium/high heat and watched it. It will smoke but that’s ok. When it stops smoking, it is done. Let it cool down and it is seasoned.Tip: for eggs, use butter to ensure a non-stick fried egg.

Ne avevo già una grande della stessa marca e ho approfittato di questa ottima offerta: ovviamente le padelle sono piuttosto piccole, ma corrispondono esattamente alle dimensioni dichiarate. Sono bellissime, pesanti e robuste come quella grande. Imballo perfetto, protette una ad una, separate da un cartoncino e inscatolate. Hanno tutte (anche quella più piccola) il “becco” per scolare eventuali liquidi. Sono precondizionate ed è bastata una lavata prima del primo utilizzo.Un consiglio agli acquirenti che le hanno trovate arrugginite: non è una cosa strana per questi utensili in cast iron , anche se dovrebbero essere pretrattate è facile che il ferro arrugginisca. Si pulisce perfettamente con una soluzione di sale, olio e aceto poi ovviamente si deve trattare. In ogni caso, nel tempo ogni tanto un trattamento va ripetuto per condizionarle e poterle utilizzare al meglio.Mi dispiace solo che ora non siano più disponibili, mi sarebbe piaciuto regalarle a qualche amica per far loro provare la fantastica cottura su ghisa senza spendere un patrimonio, spero le riassortiscano!!!
