We use 2 ingredients: premium cast iron and kosher-certified, non-GMO European flaxseed oil.
How do I maintain Victoria cast-iron cookware?
Hand-wash the cookware using hot water and mild dish soap and dry it with a towel. Rub a thin layer of oil on the cookware and store it in a cool, dry place.

My third one by Victoria
My 8″ was just delivered today. I previously bought the 12″ and 10″ through another retailer and have had them for about a month now. My grandmother had several decades old cast iron skillets that she fixed everything from cube steak and gravy to fudge in. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive one of those skillets. I received a small newer cast iron skillet that my grandpa used a few times after her death and it wasn’t as well taken care of as the others. It’s a rusty mess and I haven’t taken the time to clean it. Anyway, I read that the Victoria brand was lighter in weight than some of the other brands, which interested me since I have joint damage from RA, and I was getting tired of replacing non-stick skillets and new utensils you’re supposed to buy when you buy a new non-stick skillet. The 12″ has become my new go-to skillet, taking the spot my T-Fal chicken fryer skillet once had. I make sure I add enough oil to the pan when it’s warm, wash it when it’s still slightly warm, dry it with a flour sack towel, let it warm on the stove to make sure it’s totally dry and then apply a thin layer of grape seed oil to it, front, back and handle, before hanging it up. It looks beautiful! I’ve used the 10″ a few times but not as often. I bought the 8″ for days when I’m off work and my husband is working, so I only need a small pan to cook something for myself for lunch. They are higher maintenance than a non-stick skillet but I knew that before buying them. Maybe eventually these ones will be as well seasoned as my grandma’s were and maybe they’ll be passed to my granddaughters.

A semi-mixed review… I ordered a Victoria 12″ skillet. It isn’t perfectly flat on a glass cooktop. Didn’t notice it until I was cooking with it. When it first arrived I washed it, then gave it a light oven seasoning. (Avocado oil in a 350-degree oven for an hour+.) The first cook I roasted peppers, onions, and potatoes with spices in the oven and they were delicious! The second cook, I browned mushrooms, and onions on the stovetop. Very pleased that I was able to get a nice toast on the mushrooms! Pleased enough that I just ordered a 10″ skillet. So all in all, Victoria isn’t perfect but at their price point is great! I have expensive carbon steel pans but cast iron is my go-to. I was raised cooking with it so it’s what I know. 67yo and the weight is no problem. I love the long handle. And so far, non-stick, easy to clean. Thumbs up!

This cast iron frying pan is very high quality, nicely made. I love the extra handle on the front. This pan is also lighter in weight than some of my other pans, which is great. I’m glad I took a chance on this brand — a super buy!!!

Pretty tiny
Purchased for making eggs⦠the eggs stuck to the pan and made a mess. This is supposed to be pre-seasoned⦠Plus, the eggs tasted like iron which was not at all desirable. Was going to throw away but my wife offered to âseasonâ the pan before sending to the landfillâas if we needed to create more garbage in this world. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing this item to wash it well (not scrub) and use bacon grease for seasoning it. It is good for egg sandwiches (2 eggs) and makes a nice round sandwich size âpattyâ

Finally a pot that doesnât scratch
I bought this because I was so tired of our other potâs scratching and sticking. I will say this pot does require seasoning and care but it does a great job. Food taste great and I truly believe this will last years. It is heavy but I think thatâs a good thing. We have also put the pot oven which is a plus for different dishes we cook.

It is a very well made paella skillet. It works well on my induction stove. I have had no issues with food sticking to the skillet, and its thickness helps maintain heat and distribute it evenly. No issues with rust as long as you treat it properly. It is cast iron. If you have never used cast iron skillets or pots, do some research for use and care before purchasing to make sure it is what you are looking for.
