This pan is AWESOME!
I love my Wilton 12-compartment pan. I use it to bake breakfast casseroles in due to the separate portions. I use a 1/3 measuring cup to pour batter in, and it gives me a perfectly-sized portion! I also don’t have to use any cooking spray–things slide out easily with no muss or fuss. Since it is a dark, non-stick pan, you have to remember to lower your oven temperature by 25 degrees, or you’ll wind up with an overbaked/burned recipe. I would caution users to handwash and immediately dry this pan so there is no chance for rust to set in. I own a lot of other Wilton baking pans, and this is a very welcome addition to my collection.

Iâm giving these pans 5 stars, not for the amazing treats they produced, but for the easy clean up after my baking disaster. I had an epic cheesecake fail (through no fault of the pan) after I overfilled the sections. This resulted in the worst burnt on mess. I thought I would probably have to trash the pans. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to remove all of it with minimal effort & a rubber spatula. The pans are heavy duty & well constructed. I will purchase more products from this brand.

Amazing Bakeware!
I love making brownies in this pan as they are individual brownies with neat edges. No cutting a panful with a knife and having shredded edges.I also made mini meatloaves in this, fell in love with the square shapes!!

Great for Optavia Fuelings
I ordered this to use to bake Optavia cookies and brownies and it’s perfect. No issues with anything sticking. Easy to clean. Love it. Will be using for regular brownie baking as well. Highly recommend.

Great Volume
This is a sturdy, well-made pan. It is easy to clean. I have made brownies three times and each time sprayed the pan with PAM and my brownies came out easily and beautifully intact, after scoring the sides. I don’t why so many people seem to have a problem with this.My only issue, which some may celebrate, is the wells are deeper than I thought, 1.5 inches deep. With my first batch of brownies I filled the wells completely and the brownies were huge, like little cakes. I need to pay more attention to details when ordering :). But overall this is a solid pan. I will definitely order again.

I liked the fast, accurate delivery. The product is as described. I would have appreciated more specific instructions from manufacturer on exactly how to use the pan. However, I did get a number of great recommendations from other customers who have used the pan. We adjust mix recipes to make them vegan, so if more info can be included on the company website, that would be great to have.

I was replacing another pan like it bc of rustâ¦my fault. This is sturdy, well made and Iâve used it several times. Brownies come out in uniform size & present well. Because the wells are deep Iâve cut the brownies in half on a diagonal which is still a good size.

I really like this product. I can still make the same amount of brownies I normally do but now I donât have to worry about the individual pieces not being even for my customers. The pan is easy to clean and the nonstick is amazing. This pan is super useful and I recommend it whether itâs for work or fun.I would say as a tip to cook your brownies (or whatever batter you put in) for 5-10 minutes LESS than the time suggested for tour recipe. Because the batter is distributed differently it cooks it at a slightly faster rate from what Iâve noticed.

El material es resistente y un poco grueso parece que durará mucho tiempo y el antiadherente de muy buena calidad. Lo he usado 3 veces y no se pegan. Lo volverÃa a comprar, solo tengan cuidado con cosas filosas porque si pueden rayarlo. Buen producto lo recomiendo
